Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Impulse, Yaskawa 4004-T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Intelligent-Actuator products, including obsoleted and phased-out Industrial-Indexing-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ingersoll-Rand product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Intelligent-Actuator such as the 12G260200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IOE850 manufactured by Industrial-Indexing-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Industrial-Indexing-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 39118187 by Manufacturer Ingersoll-Rand as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Industrial-Indexing-Systems Brand IPS6300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ina such as KWSE30V2G2 equipment made by Ina have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2AD132DB350B1AS03B2N1 by Indramat and KWSE30V2G2 spares by Ina are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
